There are places in Tamosa that have become so closely associated with a particular activity that their names have long since escaped the boundaries of the map. Veraluz means theatres, music halls and the grand spectacle of the stage; Lunamarive means music, records and the sounds that have travelled from Tamosa to the rest of the world; Havenai means ships, aircraft, cargo and the immense machinery of movement that makes Tamosa one of the great crossroads of the Atlantic. And then there is Sunverive. To say that something comes from Sunverive is, in Tamosa, often enough to say that it comes from the city's film industry. The Piccadayre and Veraluz

The Piccadayre (or Picadeiro in Portuguese, or in Maritese, Piccadeyra — ŋᴜɗɗʚƪɞ̃ȷɔʚ), also known as Bairro Novo (“New District”), one of Tamosa's most well‑known icons. Located in downtown Figuayre Daphoy , the Piccadayre has become one of the city's most pulsating hearts. Against the backdrop of the sea and harbour, framed by rolling mountains and wide open skies, this neighbourhood radiates a sense of effortless elegance.
